To keep clients from paying a deposit at booking, bookings will have only a 15 minute late window. If you do not show up on time your appointment will be canceled. All clients will get a 2 strike no call no show opportunity yearly. After that any appointment will automatically be canceled. If you know that you're not going to make your appointment please cancel it or reschedule ASAP so you don't hold up anyone who may want that day and time. If it is last minute and you need to cancel reach out to me. Appointment times are scheduled with your 15 minute leeway plus 15 minutes for any extra work needing to take extra time for your service. (example) nail replacement on a fill or maybe you wants a last minute nail shape change.

Please note that your appointment time on your confirmation is all the time we have. Meaning, if you want multiple services you need to make sure you schedule all the services you are wanting or needing. (Example) You currently have acrylics on but want to switch to Gel-X. You would have to schedule for a nail enhancement soak off with a full set to make sure we have all the time needed for your service. If you do not do this then we will have to reschedule you or you would have to wait till your next appointment to try again. 

Pricing is subject to change without notice.  Your price will be what the stated price is set for on your booking confirmation.  Nail art prices will be added at the time of service to accurately charge for the designs you want.

When booking please let me know if you are wanting nail art. Some designs I may not be able to do so please message me directly to see if I can even do it. Also depending on the difficulty level of the art I may need to block additional time out for your service. Please know what you want for your nails before I get started. Last minute nail designs I may not be able to squeeze into your appointment. Nail art prices will vary depending on level of difficulty, materials used and time.  

Referrals - are 25% off for both you and the new client for one single service only (per referral).Please make sure to have the person you have referred put your name as the referral at the time of booking. If they do not do this I can not guarantee you will get your 25% off. 

Loyalty Cards - After five services your 6th service is 25% off. You ARE responsible for keeping track of your cards. If you forget your card, I will NOT double stamp you on your next visit. It is NOT my reasonability to keep track of your services and if you forgot at your last appointment. 

Specials -  Specials will run randomly and will be posted in the salon. You may text at anytime to know if I have a special goin on.

ALL DISCOUNTS CAN BE CANCELLED AT ANY TIME. 

Please park in the driveway on one side so the next client can park as well without blocking you in if your appointment runs behind. You will not be blocking in anybody. If you know that your car is leaking oil please park on the side of the road by the pond but NOT on the sidewalk. (Sorry oil is not fun to clean off of driveways and I do have HOA to think about.)

I use Square for card transactions. This includes Apple pay, Google pay,  Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover cards. Paying with card does have a $3 card processing fee.
