Salon Policies

Appointments

Effective January 1st 2025, appointments will have a 50% deposit to schedule an appointment. Appointments are 24 hours in advance. Everyone will have a 10 minute late window. If you do not show up on time your appointment will be canceled. Deposits are non-refundable.

Deposits that are refundable:

1. Cancel no later then 48 hours before your scheduled appointment. This will give the opportunity for someone else to fill your spot instead.

2. Do to the expansion of the business launching e-commerce sales, ALL rescheduling must be 48 hours in advance of your scheduled appointment. I will transfer your deposit to the new appointment.

All clients will be required to fill out a consultation form on your first visit. I do not work on minors without Legal Guardian consent.

Please note that your appointment time on your confirmation is all the time we have. Please select the service that best fits what your nail art needs to your base service.

Pricing

Pricing on services is subject to change without notice.

Your price will be what the stated price is set for on your booking confirmation unless you selected the wrong appointment. If we have time for what you want I will give you the correct price of the service you are needing. If no time is available then you will have to make a new appointment and lose your deposit, or you can keep the appointment you are already scheduled for. Know what you are wanting and schedule correctly. If you have questions then please reach out.

Deposits are credited to your total price at time of service.

ABSOLUTLEY NO REFUNDS ON SERVICES.

Nail Art

All nail art is added into your service appointment. Make sure to select the right art service with your base service. I can not guarantee you will get art if you do not. Nail art is based off my skills and materials. I can not guarantee you will get what you want. All nail artists have their own techniques and abilities. Your best bet to know for sure you will get the art you want is to send me a picture (directly in text (863) 397-7228) of what your wanting. Then I can say yes or no and give you the opportunity to pick something else out in advance of your appointment.

VIP Clients (coming soon)

All clients will get the opportunity to get VIP status. VIP status includes:

1. No deposit required at booking.

2. A-la-cart specialty nail art pricing.

3. 30% refer a client discount.

Parking

Please park in the driveway on one side so the next client can park as well without blocking you in if your appointment runs behind. You will not be blocking in anybody. If you know that your car is leaking oil please park on the side of the road by the pond but NOT on the sidewalk. (Sorry oil is not fun to clean off of driveways and I do have HOA to think about.)

Payments

I use Square for card transactions. This includes Apple pay, Google pay, Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover cards. Paying with card does have a $3 card processing fee.

Kristyn has been my nail tech for a few months now. My nails are healthier and she got me hooked on her new Dip/Gel hybrid service. I'm never going back to traditional dip again. She has changed my experience with a traditional nail salon to a professional, relaxed, one on one setting.
